Customer Promises & Terms
VacAir Superstore supplies vacuum pump products, replacement parts and associated equipment to business and commercial customers. The following terms apply to the customer promises and price comparisons displayed on our website.
Price Promise
Our Price Promise applies to replacement carbon vanes.
If a genuinely comparable replacement vane is available at a lower price from another UK supplier, we will match that price, subject to the following conditions.
The competing product must be new, in stock and available to purchase, suitable for the same vacuum pump model and application, and of comparable specification and quality to the product offered by VacAir Superstore.
The competitor’s price must be current and verifiable. Products of unknown or unverifiable manufacture, specification or quality will not be considered like-for-like.
The Price Promise excludes OEM products, clearance items, promotional or special offers, one-off special prices and individually negotiated contract pricing.
Price-match requests must be made when requesting our price or quotation and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed or completed.
4pm Order Cut-off and Same-Day Despatch
Same-day despatch is available on selected in-stock items where we receive your order before 4pm UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and Christmas holidays. Orders remain subject to stock availability and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Same-day despatch refers to the day goods leave us, not the delivery date.
If ordering after 4pm, please contact us to discuss alternative despatch or collection arrangements. We will help wherever possible, although availability cannot be guaranteed.
OEM List Price Comparisons
Our “Over 60% Lower” claim applies to selected VacAir replacement products where our selling price is more than 60% lower than the corresponding genuine OEM list price.
It does not mean that every VacAir product is more than 60% lower than its OEM equivalent.
Comparisons are based on OEM list-price information available to us at the time of comparison. OEM prices may change.
Unless specifically described as genuine OEM, VacAir replacement products are alternative replacement products and are not represented as being manufactured, supplied or endorsed by the original equipment manufacturer.
Verification: Our “Over 60% Lower” claim applies to selected products only. The comparison is based on the VacAir selling price against the corresponding genuine OEM list price available to us at the date of comparison. Details of the products included, the OEM product or part number, OEM list price, VacAir price and date of comparison are available from VacAir Superstore on request, enabling the comparison to be independently checked.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to stocked products returned unused within 14 days of delivery.
All returns must be agreed by VacAir Superstore in advance. Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, clean, complete, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.
Where the correct product has been supplied, an agreed return may be subject to a handling or restocking charge. Return carriage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Non-stock and specially ordered products are non-returnable where they have been ordered and supplied correctly.
Products that have been installed, operated, damaged or contaminated with oil, grease or other substances cannot be returned under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Incorrectly supplied or allegedly faulty products are dealt with separately from this voluntary returns policy.
Product Reviews & Customer Feedback Policy
At VacAir Superstore, we believe that trust is earned through product quality, technical knowledge, reliable service and long-standing customer relationships — not through impressive-looking star ratings or inflated review counts.
We do not fabricate product reviews, invent customer ratings or display artificial review scores on our website or provide them to search engines. We have no need to. Our products, expertise and reputation have supported customers across the pump industry for decades.
We believe customers should be able to make purchasing decisions based on genuine product information rather than potentially misleading claims of popularity or satisfaction.
When visiting any supplier’s website, customers may wish to consider how review scores are collected, whether the reviews can be independently verified and whether the number of published ratings is credible. After all, if a company is prepared to misrepresent something as simple as its customer reviews, what confidence should customers place in its other claims?

As part of this commitment, we periodically contact customers directly to obtain genuine feedback on our products, service and overall performance.
This feedback forms part of our continual improvement process, helping us maintain high standards and identify opportunities to improve.
We do not need to manufacture online popularity or display artificially inflated customer ratings to establish credibility. Our reputation has been earned through decades of supplying quality products, technical expertise and dependable service.
Our reputation has been built over decades, not created by a star-rating widget.
