We are the leading supplier of replacement consumable vacuum pump spare parts like Vanes, Filters, Oil Separators, Gaskets, Couplings and vacuum pump oil.
Oil lubricated rotary vane pumps all use vacuum pump oil, not only to lubricate the pump and cool the pump, but also to provide a tighter seal in the air chambers. This seal allows oil lubricated pumps to achieve a higher vacuum than oil free rotary vane vacuum pumps.
Using a high quality oil is essential to the efficient running of the pump and to ensure there is not a catastrophic failure of the pump. We only supply virgin oil, from one of the worlds leading oil manufacturers, specifically designed for use in vacuum pumps.
At Vacair we supply most types of oil available for the pump industry, including standard mineral grades, synthetic food grade oil, gear oil and specialist oils.
OEM Branded oils
Simply put, pump manufacturers do not make oil, but if you prefer your oil in an OEM bottle, we can supply oil from the pump OEM too.
Vacuum Pump Oil for Busch Pumps
Different pump models require different grades of oil. Busch standard mineral oils such as VM 032, VM 068, VM 100, and VM 150 are suitable for many industries, but some industries, such as food, require synthetic oil.
We stock and supply oils suitable for all standard pumps, such as the Busch R5, Vacuum pumps, as well as synthetic food grade oils.
We supply oil for pumps which have gear boxes, such as the Busch Mink pumps.
Vacuum Pump Oil for Becker Pumps
Becker U and O Series pumps use oil not only to provide lubrication but to assist in providing a finer vacuum than the oil free rotary vane pumps.
Differnet pump models use different grades of oil. Becker standard mineral oils such as M068, M100, M320 are suitable for oil lubricated pumps in many industries. Some industries, such as food, require synthetic oils.
We stock and supply oils suitable for all standard pumps such as the U5.71 or U4.250 as well as fully synthetic oil for the food and other industries.
If you prefer your oil to be supplied in the pump OEM bottle, we can supply this too, although our oils are made by one of the worlds leading oil producers.

Delivery
We stock oils in drums and decant to the quantity you require. We them ship on overnight carriers. For emergency requirements, we can offer a same-day service, or allow collection at our trade counter.
Workshop Repairs and Nationwide Servicing
If you prefer to have your pump repaired by us, we have factory trained engineers who are experts in vacuum pump repairs. Once refurbished, pumps are rigorously tested to ensure they meet the performance of a new pump. All workshop repaired pumps come with a full warranty. Find out more here.
