VacAir supplies high-quality replacement Becker oil separators for a wide range of Becker oil lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps.
Whether you are carrying out routine servicing or replacing a saturated separator causing oil misting, increased oil consumption or poor pump performance, our experienced team can help you identify the correct replacement quickly.
Most customers search using their Becker vacuum pump model number rather than the oil separator part number. Use the Becker Oil Separator Product Finder further down this page to locate the correct element for your pump. If you are unsure, we can normally identify the correct separator from the pump model, serial number or the dimensions of the existing element.
VacAir has supplied Becker vacuum pump spare parts since 1996 to manufacturers, OEMs, maintenance engineers, resellers and end users throughout the UK and worldwide.

Becker has manufactured many different oil lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump models, and the correct oil separator can vary according to the pump size, series and production version.
Our Becker Oil Separator Product Finder is arranged by pump model, making it easier to locate the correct separator without needing to know the original Becker oil separator part number.
Select your Becker pump model from the list further down this page. If your model is not shown, contact our team as we may still be able to supply the correct element.
Inside an oil lubricated Becker vacuum pump, oil is used to lubricate the internal components, assist with sealing and help remove heat from the compression chamber. During operation, some of this oil becomes suspended in the pump’s exhaust air as a fine mist.
The oil separator removes this oil mist from the exhaust air before it leaves the pump. The separated oil is retained within the pump so that it can continue circulating through the lubrication system.
A correctly functioning oil separator helps:
• Reduce visible oil mist from the pump exhaust
• Keep lubricating oil inside the vacuum pump
• Limit unnecessary oil consumption
• Maintain clean and efficient pump operation
• Protect the pump from excessive exhaust back pressure
Oil separator elements gradually become saturated or restricted during use. The service life will depend on operating hours, pump temperature, the condition of the oil and the cleanliness of the process air entering the pump.
Common signs that a Becker oil separator may require replacement include:
• Visible smoke or oil mist from the exhaust
• Increased vacuum pump oil consumption
• Oil collecting around the pump exhaust
• Increased exhaust pressure or pump temperature
• Reduced vacuum pump performance
• An oil separator that has exceeded its recommended service interval
A blocked separator can create excessive internal pressure and place unnecessary strain on the pump. Replacing the separator during planned maintenance can help prevent avoidable breakdowns and extend the working life of the vacuum pump.
Our replacement Becker oil separators are manufactured to exacting standards to provide the correct filtration of oil mist while maintaining suitable exhaust airflow through the element.
An oil separator must do more than physically fit inside the pump. The filtration media, construction, sealing surfaces and airflow resistance must all be suitable for the operating requirements of the vacuum pump.
Each replacement separator is individually wrapped to protect it from dirt, dust and moisture before installation. This ensures that the element reaches you clean, dry and ready to fit.

If you are unsure which Becker oil separator you require, contact us before ordering. Our team can check the pump model, serial number, existing part reference or element dimensions to help confirm the correct part.
In addition to Becker oil separators, VacAir supplies a comprehensive range of Becker vacuum pump spare parts, including air filters, oil filters, gaskets, seals, service kits, carbon vanes and vacuum pump oil.
Our workshop also provides servicing, repairs and complete overhauls for Becker vacuum pumps. If replacing the oil separator does not resolve the problem, our engineers can investigate the pump and advise whether further maintenance or repair work is required.
We support both current and older Becker pump models, including pumps that may no longer be supported through standard distribution channels.
We supply Becker oil separators to customers throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide. Many commonly required separator elements are available from stock for immediate despatch, helping minimise costly vacuum pump downtime.
Whether you require a single oil separator for an urgent repair or multiple elements for planned maintenance, our team can help identify the correct parts and arrange the most appropriate delivery option.
We regularly supply Becker vacuum pump parts to manufacturers, packaging companies, printers, woodworking businesses, food processors, engineering companies, maintenance contractors and vacuum pump service organisations.
Select your Becker vacuum pump model below to view the correct oil separator. Customers often search by pump model, partial model number or the reference printed on the existing separator.
If you cannot find your Becker pump in the Product Finder, call us on 0113 208 8501 or send us the pump model and serial number. We may still be able to provide the correct oil separator even where the pump is an older or less common model.
If the model plate is missing or difficult to read, send us photographs of the pump and the existing separator element and we will do our best to identify it.
