The DT 4.16 uses 7 carbon vanes which wear gradually during operation. A new WN 124-120 vane has a height of 36 mm, with a minimum wear height of 21 mm.
The height and general condition of the removed vanes can be checked during routine maintenance. If the vanes show unusual damage or uneven wear, the condition of the pump should also be considered before fitting the replacement set.
