ELMO RIETSCHLE TLV 6 REPLACEMENT CARBON VANES
The Elmo Rietschle TLV 6 is a dry-running rotary vane pump. Its carbon vanes operate within the rotor slots and gradually wear during normal operation. Regular inspection and timely replacement help maintain dependable pump performance and reduce the risk of damage caused by excessively worn vanes.

The six carbon vanes fitted to the TLV 6 gradually wear during operation. Routine inspection helps identify vanes approaching their permitted wear limit and provides an opportunity to examine the condition of the pump’s internal components. New replacement vanes measure 40 × 31 × 4 mm, with an original height of 31 mm. The specified minimum permitted vane height is 15 mm.
