BECKER DTLF 400 REPLACEMENT VANES
VacAir supplies replacement carbon vanes for the Becker DTLF 400. This model uses 10 WN 124-205 vanes, giving the DTLF 400 a ten-vane complete replacement requirement.
Each replacement vane measures 220 × 88 × 6 mm. The vane is 88 mm high when new, with a confirmed minimum wear height of 60 mm. These measurements provide a useful reference when inspecting the existing vanes during planned maintenance.
VacAir’s replacement reference is VA901373, while the Becker OEM reference for the DTLF 400 ten-vane set is 90137301010.

The Becker DTLF 400 uses 10 WN 124-205 carbon vanes. When carrying out a complete vane replacement, all ten vanes can be changed as a set while the removed components are inspected for wear and condition.
A new vane measures 88 mm in height. The confirmed minimum wear height is 60 mm, allowing the existing vanes to be measured against a known wear limit during servicing.
