BECKER DVTLF 250 REPLACEMENT VANES
VacAir supplies replacement carbon graphite vanes for the Becker DVTLF 250 combined vacuum and pressure pump. The DVTLF 250 requires five WN 124-196 vanes for a complete vane change.
The DVTLF series differs from vacuum-only pump applications because it provides both vacuum and pressure. The DVTLF 250 is also found on industrial printing equipment, including Roland printing machines, making reliable availability of the correct service components particularly important when maintenance is required.
Each replacement vane measures 355 × 65 × 5 mm. The corresponding Becker OEM set reference is 90136701005, while the VacAir replacement reference is VA901367.
A new WN 124-196 vane measures 65 mm in height and the confirmed minimum wear height is 41 mm. VacAir currently holds these vanes in UK stock.

The Becker DVTLF 250 requires five WN 124-196 carbon graphite vanes. VacAir supplies the vanes individually, so they can be ordered separately or as the complete five-vane requirement.
During routine maintenance, vane height can be checked against the confirmed dimensions. A new WN 124-196 vane is 65 mm high and the minimum wear height is 41 mm.
The DVTLF 250 is a combined vacuum and pressure pump, so customers maintaining the complete unit may also require the inlet and exhaust filters. These are available together with the five vanes in the dedicated DVTLF 250 service kit.
