ELMO RIETSCHLE TL 25 REPLACEMENT CARBON VANES
The Elmo Rietschle TL 25 is a dry-running rotary vane pump used in industrial vacuum applications. Its carbon vanes operate within the rotor slots and gradually wear during normal use. Regular inspection and timely replacement help maintain dependable pump performance and reduce the risk of damage caused by excessively worn vanes.

TL 25 CARBON VANE INSPECTION & REPLACEMENT

The six carbon vanes fitted to the TL 25 gradually wear during operation. Routine inspection helps identify vanes approaching their permitted wear limit and provides an opportunity to assess the condition of the pump’s internal components. New replacement vanes measure 85 × 39 × 4 mm, with an original height of 39 mm. The specified minimum permitted vane height is 24 mm.
