REPLACING ELMO RIETSCHLE VFT 100 CARBON VANES

The VFT 100 has four carbon vanes fitted within its rotary vane assembly. During maintenance, examine the condition of all four and renew them as a complete set when replacement is necessary. Inspect removed vanes for excessive wear, broken edges, cracks or unusual wear patterns. New replacement vanes are 230 × 40 × 5 mm.
