The VFT 140 operates with four carbon vanes. When carrying out a vane change, inspect the full set and check the condition of the pump’s internal components before installing replacements. The new vanes measure 180 × 55 × 6 mm. Existing vanes showing cracks, chipped edges, excessive wear or uneven contact marks may indicate that further inspection is needed.
