BECKER DTLF 360 REPLACEMENT VANES
VacAir supplies the five replacement carbon graphite vanes required for the Becker DTLF 360. These are WN 124-196 vanes, measuring 355 × 65 × 5 mm, and are available from our UK stock.
For the DTLF 360, the Becker OEM reference associated with the five-vane set is 90136701005. Our replacement reference is VA901367, while WN124-196 provides an additional identification reference when checking an existing vane.
A new WN 124-196 vane measures 65 mm in height. The confirmed minimum wear height is 41 mm, so these two figures can be used when assessing the remaining height of vanes removed from a DTLF 360 during maintenance.

The DTLF 360 has a five-vane requirement. When the vanes are being checked during routine maintenance, vane height provides a useful measurable indication of wear.
The WN 124-196 vane starts at 65 mm high and has a confirmed minimum wear height of 41 mm. Vanes approaching the minimum height can therefore be identified by measuring the component once removed from the pump.
VacAir stocks these vanes individually, allowing customers to purchase the quantity required. For a complete DTLF 360 vane change, five vanes are required.
