BECKER DTLF 250 REPLACEMENT VANES
The Becker DTLF 250 requires five carbon graphite vanes for a complete vane replacement. VacAir supplies the correct WN 124-196 vane from UK stock for servicing and maintenance of this pump model.
Each vane measures 355 × 65 × 5 mm. When new, the vane height is 65 mm, with a confirmed minimum wear height of 41 mm. These measurements provide a useful reference when checking the condition of vanes removed from an existing DTLF 250.

Vanes are wearing components, so their height reduces progressively during operation. The DTLF 250 uses five WN 124-196 vanes, and the condition of the set can be checked by measuring vane height during planned maintenance.
A new vane is 65 mm high. The confirmed minimum wear height is 41 mm, providing a straightforward reference when measuring vanes that have been removed from the pump.
