This 180 × 40 × 5 mm vane is also used in the DFT 80 and VFT 80, but the number fitted is not the same. Your CLFT 81 specification is eight vanes, while the DFT 80 and VFT 80 use four each. Customers should order by pump model as well as vane reference to obtain the correct complete set.

The eight vanes fitted to a Rietschle CLFT 81 should be examined individually during servicing. Check whether the vanes move freely in their slots, whether their edges are intact and whether wear is consistent across the set. Differences in height or visible damage may indicate an internal problem that needs attention. Each new CLFT 81 vane measures 180 × 40 × 5 mm.
