VacAir supplies replacement carbon vanes for the Elmo Rietschle VTR 100 dry-running rotary vane vacuum pump. The VTR 100 requires 4 carbon vanes for a complete replacement set.
Each replacement vane measures 245 × 52 × 4 mm. The relevant Rietschle OEM references are 529267 and 529268, with corresponding VacAir references VA529267 and VA529268.

REPLACING ELMO RIETSCHLE VTR 100 CARBON VANES

The Elmo Rietschle VTR 100 requires four carbon vanes. Inspect all four during maintenance and replace the complete set when required. The replacement vanes measure 245 × 52 × 4 mm. Check the existing vanes for cracks, chipped edges, fractures and uneven wear. Before installing new vanes, inspect: ✓ Rotor and vane slots
✓ Cylinder wall and running surfaces
✓ Bearings and rotor condition
✓ Inlet and exhaust filtration
✓ Carbon dust and broken fragments
✓ Signs of overheating or abnormal wear
